My favorite nomination was Allison Janney for the movie I, Tonya. This film is about the figure skater Tonya Harding, and the incident as it is put in the show. It goes through Tonya's life, basing it off the story that the party involed gave in an interview. Allision Janney plays Tonya's mother, a not only mental abusive but also physically abusive parent. You grow to hate her more and more through out the deration of the film, because of how truly vile she was to Tonya. Janney also gives humanity to the role by showing that she was raised in a unfit way. This performance was truly amazing, and I promise you you will not be dissapointed in this movie or the acting. Janney gives a multilayered performance that will be remebered for many years to come.
