My Favorite of the Nominations, and Why

My favorite adapted screenplay was 2018 when James Ivory took it home for Call Me By Your Name. The screenplay is about a 17 year old boy named Elio, and the summer he met Oliver. There are many heart felt moments through out the movie. I would really recommend watching the scene with the father, Mr Pearlman. It was one of the most beautiful monologues I have ever read. As someone who reads many screenplays, this one happens to be one of my favorites. I love the mixture of Italian and English. The screenplay is adaptedby the book by André Aciman. The screenplay stays close to the source material, and is all around a good read.
